Waldemar Wyszynski

Waldemar has broad experience addressing the legal needs of Chicagoland's business and entrepreneurial communities. He focuses his practice on representing individuals and business entities in residential and commercial real estate transactions, sale and purchase of business, as well as commercial leasing. He also counsels corporate clients in all aspects of incorporation and governance.
Along with zealous advocacy for his clients, Waldemar is known for his poise and practical style, and has developed a loyal clientele by virtue of his experience, integrity and responsiveness.

Krystian
Paralegal
Krystian has been with the firm since 2006 and assists homeowners with their sale transactions. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of the closing process and his many years of experience enable him to provide guidance regarding title issues, clearance of municipal requirements, and preparation of closing documents.
Cassandra
Paralegal
Cassandra has been with the firm since 2017 and is responsible for assisting buyers with their purchase transactions, including inspection negotiation and clearance of municipal requirements. She also handles condominium association matters for both sellers and buyers and obtains payoffs for sellers’ loans.
Aleks
Paralegal
Aleks joined the firm in 2022 and has prior experience in many aspects of the real estate practice. She is responsible for the initial stages of each contract, and assists buyers with their purchase transactions. Additionally, she submits FOIA requests and pre-drafts many of the standard closing and transfer documents for our clients.
